Re: Woefully slow day
One or two trolls have returned, so things might heat up. However I'm guessing most will just ignore them.

Aye.. they did the little x-ray thing though and it looks pretty bad - it's one of the front ones and the one to the right of it. Can't risk it - I don't want a Cletus smile.

Lost a filling 5 years back. He put in a temp filling. When I went for the permanent filling he said there wasn't enough tooth to hold the filling and I must have a root canal. I said leave the temp in and lets see what happens. Guess what....
Private or NHS?

It's NHS... I think. It's no biggie really - £48. They do it on bands now, so they can't dick you in the shitter. I know what you're saying, they do seem to try and fleece you. I've got some 'quall' in my gob that they said would last six months and that was 7 years ago. I tell them to leave it every time. They just want me to have a crown - which is £209.

Here it comes out of my medical savings and will cost a few grand.
I also know the qunts have got a massive machine that makes teeth that has to be paid for.

Ouch! It would hurt even more if it was costing me that much. That's the problem with teeth, you only (usually) get one set - they have you by the balls.

Trev's tendency is toward the dramatic. It's quite good when he's insulting Matthew Hayden, but otherwise...
Re: Woefully slow day
To be fair, we barely squeaked out a post in the morning. It was a bad case of constipation

I think you should ask to see their surgical qualifications.

What pisses me off about dentists (in the UK) is this:
Many illnesses/diseases will get better of their own accord with no treatment. Medication helps, but is not necessary always. The doctor is free.
Your teeth will NOT get better of their own accord, and will get horrifying bad and painful... and the dentist costs money.
Thousands of pounds... is this your own private money that you have to pay Taips?

Re: Woefully slow day
Yeah it's pretty bad - but I suppose it's all relative - my treatment isn't costing that much, when you compare it to some countries. The NHS helps a bit. If you get on it.
