Abbott headbutted in Hobart by Yes man
"Former Prime Minister Tony Abbott has claimed he was assaulted by a same sex marriage campaigner in Hobart.
Mr Abbott told Sky News he suffered minor injuries after he was headbutted."
-------------------------------------------
Ironic that the Govt rushed laws through Parliament to allegedly protect the "yes" side from vilification, yet all the violence has come from the rainbow side.

Uni campuses have had a lot of trouble with No vote campaigners being abused by the Yes crowd. Talkback has been besieged with angry Yes campaigners shouting down the No side.
BTW, I voted Yes. This is an observation.

The alleged headbutter has been described as being "burly with visible tattoos".
Sounds like a set up.

Are you suggesting gay men can't be burly and have tattoos?

A man who claims he was the one who headbutted former prime minister Tony Abbott in Tasmania has declared it had "nothing to do" with same-sex marriage but was about his "personal hatred" of the ex-PM.
Astro Labe, a 38-year-old DJ and anarchist from North Hobart, told News Corp he considered Mr Abbott a "f---ing worm" and that he "wanted to nut the c---", but not because of same-sex marriage.

The man is a contemptible oaf. He is considered a traitor by many in his own Party. His first loyalty in Parliament is to a foreign power - the Vatican..
The dropkick who nutted the nutter will deservedly spent time in clink. The best way to treat the MM is to laugh in his face.
