Actually there were 17000 over the two & half days. We should have got at least an ODI. The last time Aust played Eng at Bellerive in an ODI it set a ground record.

Phurt - me and my mates were 10 of those 17000. And school kids who get in for free don't count.

It's almost a national disgrace losing an iconic test ground.
