Ahead of the candidates mentioned so far, I'd prefer Horrie's ancient Aunt Jemima Puddleduck

Have they specified they want an Australian? The grab I heard from Leave it to Peever (I think) seemed to be saying they'd prefer somebody from within the game rather than importing/head-hunting from other sports.

Gallop has 2 Ls.

Thanks JG, I need to rephrase the question. to '.....What TWO things are wrong with this sentence?'

Apart from the missing l, the fans hated the corpulent Greek with a passion. They used to call him Vlad.

Was amused to hear Peevusof call Stutherland the best administrator in the land.

Fantastic. Add in that coaches should not be gnomes or have noses that don't smell like a busted septic tank and you have a well paid job. One proviso - no Mick the Dick Arthur.

It's admin, or should be. Rejig the board and appoint a proven administrator who carries out the board's directions. At least that way there's someone/thing with whom the buck stops.
