Nags on the right end of some controversial decisions to win by a point in Sydney.

Bunnies looked to be dudded with a try call after Milford got rid of the ball after seeming to be tackled and held over the line. Then the real shocker came with Milford deadset knocking on before he slotted the match-winning field goal.

Having said that, the Rabbits stuffed an easy chance to take the game to extra time. Inside the Nags 20 Robbie Farah decided to spin the ball wide rather than give it to Bryson Goodwin, who was stationed in front on the 20, ready to slot a dropped goal. The Bunnies fell short of a try in the corner as the bell sounded.

And the Filth got home in extra time v the Raiders.

Tomorrow I expect the Rooters to prove the Drags are NOT the real deal in 2017.

To be fair, I've had a pretty good record at the ANZAC game. We won last year most unexpectedly and maybe four years ago we had miracle win when we scored two tries in the last 2 minutes to win.

Broncs flog the Choccy Soldiers 32-18. Penrith won the 2nd half 18-10, so there's that.

Ended up 6 tries to 5 to the Storm.

Drags never gave up but that Storm start was way too good.

Hmm, Storm were up 34-8 then Cooper Cronk got sinbinned for a professional foul. Drags were well and truly flogged by then, but I guess you can't knock a late 3-try comeback to narrow the margin.

Mary nailed it by saying you can't come out with paper-thin defence against a side as good as Melbourne.

Do the Drags have enough points to avoid the Spoon?

Given the Bloods have their eye on the spoon it would be lousy if the other red and white team finished last..
