Re: Terrorist attack in London
I'm sure our media will point out to the world that the onus of illegality is removed from the attacking force and placed on the defending force in situations such as these, and this will sway the IS high command to cease and desist.
Bit of a win/win for the 7th century retards there.

My cousin has a friend who is a nurse at the North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Apparently* they have been told to prepare for a local terrorist attack in the next few weeks - possibly in Chatswood (a nearby CBD).

Chatswood is hardly Muslim area i would have thought although its a recognised commercial centre.
Re: Terrorist attack in London
Indeed. It is more like little Hong King.
It's hella busy though so if you were a terrorist you would get some good bang for your buck (so to speak).

Bankstown is radical musi central, but they unlikely to shit in their own nest. Chatswood, Macquarie Centre or CBD seem much more likely.

The details are still unclear - these particular bastards were possibly targeting innocents as they left their evening prayers, in some sort of perverted 'revenge' attack.

I'm happy to report I spent 4 hours at Chatswood on Saturday morning and didn't get my arse blown off. I did however keep an eye out for any suspicious types.

Of course the others shopping around you made multiple reports of suspicious types.

Absolutely. Especially because I was "babysitting" my lady's neice's 2 year old. He thought Uncle skully was grouse in his long overcoat with his bag of boiled lollies.

Speak of which, not sure if any of you watch The Voice in Aust but Seal has a 15 old girl on his team who he accused of not having enough fun so they showed footage of him taking her bowling and to a video game arcade.
It was surprising that the cops weren't waiting outside to arrest him for grooming.

Sad world, but I wouldn't want to be the only adult supervising non really minors nowadays. Not that anyone's stupid enough to ask.

Re: Terrorist attack in London
A man believed to be involved in the incident screamed “I’m going to kill all Muslims” before he was tackled to the floor, according to a witness.
Abdulrahman Saleh Alamoudi said he was among a group of people helping an elderly worshipper who had fallen down, perhaps because of the heat, when the van swerved towards them.
He told BuzzFeed News: “This big van just came and went all over us. “I think at least eight or 10 people got injured. Luckily I managed to escape. And then the guy came out of his van and I got him.
“He was screaming, he was saying, ‘I’m going to kill all Muslims, I’m going to kill all Muslims’. He was throwing punches.
“Then we managed to get him on the floor. Then he was saying, ‘Kill me, kill me’. I said, ‘We are not going to kill you. Why did you do that?’ He wouldn’t say anything.”

Re: Terrorist attack in London
Lets face it. In this day & age it was only a matter of time before some nutter carried out a revenge attack & of course, the idiot played right into the islamists hands.

Correct - this is precisely the reaction they're looking for.
Only idiots can't see it.

Apparently* the victims were all standing around and some giving assistance to an elderly man who had collapsed on the footpath before the van struck. The elderly man is the reported fatality but it isn't clear whether we was dead before hand.
There are two more seriously injured victims though.

It's not just a question of effect though, BD.
Hate is hate, it's self-perpetuating and always potentially murderous.
A nutter is a nutter, whether Islamist or other type of fascist. It's no excuse.
"Lone-wolf nutter" doesn't explain the murder of Jo Cox, either. There are poisonous narratives of hate which lead supposed human beings to take retribution into their own hands.
