Wallabies 2017

Defeated Fiji 37-14. Scoreline flattered the wobblies. Very rusty first outing with the usual bevvy of turnovers & poor kicking.
They will need to sort themselves out a bit better by next week when they take on Scotland.

Wobblies go down to Scotland 19-24 in what was a pretty even battle in the end. Some flashes of cohesion from the backs but too many holes in defense & as usual, too many penalties, particularly deep in attack.
Still a long way to go.

Wobblies beat Italy 40-27. The scoreline flattered Australia who were only one point ahead with ten minutes to go after that prize arseclown Quade Cooper bombed a sure try under the posts. Aust played most of the game in their own half with turnovers & penalties against being the most telling stats.Aust has a real problem at loosehead. Smith gave away a heap of penalties until he was finally yellow carded for being a weak qunt. Most of the Aust trys came from speculative hail mary passes. It was only when they were staring defeat in the eyes that they knuckled down & started playing percentage rugby. I'd rate their performance at 4 out of 10.

True. The qunt should never be selected again but i have been saying this for years. I can't understand why the Wallabies management can't see it.
