More runs for S Marsh, averaging 200+ for the season at this point. Highlights package looks good. Must almost be time for him to do a hammy ...

Blue Baggers giving Tas plenty of leather chasing. NSW 6/316 after 50. Madman 137. Bird two wickets.New boy Riley Meredith did'nt take a wicket but bowled with good pace. Might be one to watch this season.

Nifty gets 8 dismissals in an innings which I think is a List A record.

from CA:
Nevill's mark equals the eight set by Somerset's Derek Taylor in 1982 and matched by Boland's Steve Palframan in 1997-98 and then again by James Piper in 2001 for Worcestershire.

Nevill has also eclipsed the Australian record of six held by former Western Australia gloveman Ryan Campbell (three times), Queensland's Wade Seccombe, NSW's Brad Haddin and WA's Adam Gilchrist (each once).

it is statistically possible for a bowler to take a hat-trick without bowling a single legal ball, and without repeating the method of dismissal consecutively.

eg W (ST), W (HWKT), W (ST)

This would be 0 - 0 - 3 - 3 including a hat-trick

Ben Dunk seems a versatile player - top order slogger, reserve keeper; and today he takes 3/14.

And I see that Tim Nielsen and Richard Stobo's boys are playing for the CA XI with young Nieslen getting a run a ball 90 today against the Vixen.
