Gold Coast Comm Games - is this political correctness gone mad?
http://www.news.com.au/sport/commonwealth-games/commonwealth-games-volunteers-confused-by-politically-correct-directions/news-story/f0f9ff6df88c5444e0973f03573e2402
Apparently the terms boys and girls, and ladies and gentlemen now cause offence for those who don't see themselves as fitting into these particular categories.
Lately at work I've been told that there are at least ten genders and more being discovered every day.
No wonder some say the world is becoming too complex for many.

I always see it written in oz as LGBTQI+
The plus refers to the new gender identities waiting to be invented.

Supporting and protecting those with unconventional identities is fair enough. But trying to remove the entire concept of gender from society for the benefit of a very small number of people is just going to extremes.

Commonwealth Games boss announces all events will be gender neutral
by Emmis Tilton - Leave a Comment
The move will see men and women compete in the same events and coincides with the decision to ban the use of the words “Ladies in Gentleman” from being spoken by volunteers and officials.
A spokesman said this was the next logical step following a ban on the words people are allowed to use in public.
“We wanted to take this thing to it’s natural conclusion and get rid of gender altogether.”
“This way it’s impossible to offend anyone”
Feminist writer, Clementine Ford, tweeted that it was a historic decision and helped bridged the gap between the sexes.
“I don’t even understand how this is still a thing. I mean it’s 2018 for Christs sake.”
“Men and women are equal and should compete equally”
“I can’t wait to see all those strong women get out there and out throw those shot puts”

How long before a 3rd set of events is added to Games and Championships - where "Neutrals" compete?? You could see hairy, low voiced "chicks" racing, throwing, shooting, leaping, etc against petite handed, newly lunchboxed "blokes" and dickless, titless, vagina-less things, and xenomorphs.

This is Emmis' second best effort so far; I think this earlier one may have slipped by a few:

Well a guest speaker at our work suggested that there are at least ten genders.
It is a case of whose reality?

An overview of the gender identities now part of our gender fluid world.
Woman: A person born as a female, and who identifies as female.
Man: A person born as a male, and who identifies as a male.
Transgender Man: A person who was assigned female at birth, but now identifies as a man. Some trans people choose to undergo gender reassignment surgery. Others prefer not to, but still identify as a different gender.
Transgender Woman: A person who was assigned male at birth, but who identifies as a woman. As above, some trans people choose to undergo gender reassignment surgery. Others prefer not to, but still identify as a different gender.
Trans person: This can mean transsexual or transgender. A transsexual is a person who emotionally and psychologically feels that they belong to the opposite sex.
Trans Man: A trans man is someone who was assigned female at birth, but now identifies as a man.
Trans Woman: A person who was assigned male at birth, but who identifies as a woman

Gender Non-Conforming: A person who does not identify with either the male of female genders.
