Port missed an opportunity to consolidate a position in the top four. The Giants are coming.

Talk is of segregating fans after a dustup between Geelong & Melb supporters. Typical kneejerk reaction. These things have been going on since footy started.

After five years and 10 months, during which his team played 143 matches including two Grand Finals and he underwent five knee recos, Alex Johnson will play in the seniors for Sydney on Saturday night.

Wonderful story of persistence. I've been grinning all day.

The crowd will raise the roof whenever he gets a touch.

Gosh Gaff might cop six weeks for his hit on Brayshaw. With GWS copping yet more injuries, it's really opening up again for Richmond and maybe the Dees.

Gaff should cop 8 weeks. Pendlebury will be sweating for his cowards whack on Ronke which left the latter concussed and unable to play. Pendlebury should get four.

Maybe they'll take a stand and rub him out for a year or two. Just kidding. Ten would be my bet.

Geez, didn’t realise Brayshaws brother is on Gaff’s team.

Also, good to see the late square up when two Dockers players sandwiched Gaff in a tackle.

Yeah the sooner the afl introduce a send off law the better. They get a replacement but the perp gets at least what the damage is to the victim.

Must've been a perfectly executed jab. It didn't look like that hard a hit but was good enough to smash Brayshaw's jaw and teeth.

Back page pic in the Age (surprisingly not the LMPFSP this time) of Jordan de Goaway, due to return this week and looking uncannily like his coach at the same age....
