Now Puddle has gone.
FFS, we have lost 6 wickets in one session and one ball. Soft as fark.
This business of losing a wicket just on a break is becoming an Aus trait. [deep sigh]

Think we should but a bit of a soft underbelly after a great start. Talk about reviewing tit for tats. Failures for Smith and Shaun Marsh today.

With due respect Red, I think you need to STFU about the SAf bowling and our batting.
By my reckoning, there was one decent ball to take a wicket in that session - Ngidi to Warner. The rest was shit batting.

Rabada back to his best after spraying them early. He seems to be a bit of a momentum bowler.

Lots of water to flow under the bridge yet.
BTW, Rabada might cop some matches for those send-offs. He plays on the edge, but so are his demerit points.

Rabada, eh?
But I guess there's life in the old boomer yet. There almost always is.

200 definitely on now. Even two wickets left, and they've got it down to a single blow from the double century triumph ....

Ngidi has bagged a couple.
Think this score looked decent enough though with SA's recent batting. Their tail cannot score a run against Starc and Ngidi is more of a rabbit than Morkel.

Could be a game-changing last wicket partnership here. SA not good at wrapping up a tail.

Haze scoring boundaries sans footwork. Â VERY valuable runs.
SA would love a Starc-like bowler at the tail.
It's handy to bat right down to eleven.
SA recovered lost ground in the middle session, but this late fightback with our strong tail has swung it back in the favour of oz.
What they would give for a bowler who could knock over number eleven batsmen.

243 all out. Looked like under 200 at one stage.
How many will SA lose tonight? Â Maybe two - three might be a good bet.
Close to an hour to play. All Ngidi's wickets were bowled. Rabada has eight Michelles and Paine's 36 could be the match-turner.

Yeah, this is a decent score from Aus in what looks like bowler friendly conditions. I expect SA are happier than they were when Aus were 98-0 just before lunch though.

So Rabada bumped Smith? Haven't seen the video but seems like twattish behaviour from all accounts.

Apparently* Oz at the start of the series planned to push Rabada into the red demerit zone. The Yarps are now responding to antagonise gcspoc into a suspension.
If this is true, the coaching staff as well as both captains should be suspended for the rest of the series for bringing the game into disrepute.

243 after the excellent 0-98 start is pisspoor. Looks like Paine and Lyon batted well for the 10th.

Rabada has already served a one game ban in a series vs SL, another ban will see him gone for the rest of the Series.
Surely he couldn't be that stupid.
Can't recall such a spiteful series both on and off the field. Both Captains need to be pulled aside and told to get their teams into line or face fines/suspensions.

That is in fact rather funny - surprising really given it was Yarps involved - ... tho it is time the ICC stepped in and suspended some Yarp and Oz officials.

Shades of the SAffie ground caller a few years back sledging the Aussie Rugby team (can't remember which) with calls of "sheep-rooters" and other unsavoury stuff.
Pretty weak of the officials though.
