Pakistan v Australia, 2nd Test, Abu Dhabi, 16-20 October, 2018

With so few batting cattle available to Aus, will there be any changes to the side that managed a creditable draw in T1?

Do something unexpected (for an Australian team) and dump one of the seamers.

not necessarily, they're just concerned over workload given the conditions and that he has just returned from injury.

Of course Renshaw should replace Bog or Mere, but that won't happen. cbnlg might replace Holland with Agar.

Early wicket to the good guys due to and arsey catch by the Saffer, but then Cot wastes a review on a huge inside edge.

So in the space of 6 balls, Elmer goes past Bung, ZAK and Midge on the AT wickets list.

Geez, what a grind to get the 6th wicket!!

I'm up the coast and watched the middle session at my little bro's (the other one). He said "we haven't taken a wicket since you got here". I left just before Tea and Lasagne got the opener after I walked out the front door.

I just texted my apology.

And the Lobstershagger has his third wicket as Chopper makes the worst (successful) attempt to catch a cricket ball in the history of the game, eventually clutching it to his chest like Peter Hudson.

Well, I guess I would've taken Pak all out 282 at the toss, but at 5-57 we should've done better.

Lasagne's dropped sitter off Zaman was critical. He was only in the 30s and went on to 94. Sarfraz's 94 was classy. Yasir's late slogging was annoying.

2-20 is a poor start but at least one was the Nighty and the other was a lazy legside strangle.

Hopefully Bog's hit and miss potential will come good tomorrow.
