No surprise that they haven't shelled out to renew it, as they're totally skint - begging for some of the license fee money - and it's their most expensive to make show. And apart from advertising, they don't make diddly from the show as Endemol own the format.

Ratings-wise, it's still easily their biggest draw.

C5 or ITV or Sky One will probably buy it up.

I wouldn't be surprised if Murdo (Sprog) snapped it up.
