Re: Pakistan v Australia, 1st Test, Dubai, 7-11 October, 2018
I watched much of the play from Lunch on and I have to say I expected the Wackies to be 7 down at Stumps.
It was a pleasant surprise to see we got the last 3 then got through unscathed ourselves.

Shah looking dangerous already. Just had Ooze missed - keeper didn't lay a glove on a stumping chance.

Fink loses patience with some tight Wackie bowling since Lunch, lifting a sharp low catch to short mid-on.
Still, a decent maiden Test 50 on debut.

FMD!!!!!!
I saw Fink get out and noted that Bog went via my phone, but the partner wanted to watch the Keli Lane show on ABC. We then got interested in the Doug Anthony All-Stars show after that.
In the meantime, the Aus middle order has shit itself, including debut ducks to Head and LabooShane.
Jezus we suck.

As an opener in my playing days I always told myself "don't get out, they'll blame you for the collapse".
I blame Fink.

I blame Skully, cbnlg, Ima and the Marsh clan - crickets version of the pox.
Sure Head and the Prawn guy bombed out, but Bog and Mere are experienced Test cricketers.

Mere has really bulked up. If Oz is really lucky, he will be done for 'roid abuse.

10-60? Great bowling or horrific batting? I thought this was a road according to previous commentators?

Wearing on both sides of the wicket due to both right and left handed bowlers operating. Considerable rough patches outside off and leg now.
Not surprised the Wackies didn't enforce.
Rip 'em out for 100 and bat like champions for a famous victory??? Massively unlikely.

Good god. That's a collapse England would have been proud of.

Lead goes past 400, any remote chance of an away win surely gone.
