Well one can't win by only playing a quarter. We are hopeless in the wet. As soon as it became drier we clicked into gear. Knew we were doomed when the rain descended at the beginning of the match.

The review system was failed but that goal was nullified by the missed free kick to Grundy which resulted in a goal to Finlayson.

Ha, what a conspiracy, the personnel were all AFL. Anyway even if we had won, the blatant free kick not paid to Grundy (acknowledged by all) would have cancelled this out. As it is, two goals which in years past would have counted, were overturned. Humans make errors. Even the third umpire armed with technology does.

The AFL will be happy because its orange-clad artificial franchise gifted as much talent as we've ever seen is now into a granny. On the day they wanted it more and deserved the win. Our guys aren't physical enough in torrid conditions.

I'm with red on this one. Giants are a manufactured side kept competitive by millions of AFL dollars so i'm going for the more traditional team.....plus Toby Greene is a serial thug who should'nt be rewarded with a GF win.

TV has bankrolled the expansion

Collingwood Richmond Hawthorn Essendon Carlton etc have all ripped players out of GWS and GCS

Only one National team has won anything on the GC ....but the population is so big everyone thinks they can make it a success
