Close, but no for the Lankans 99/9 after the 20 overs. Easily their heaviest defeat in T20 cricket.

Apologies, apparently* these are all T20s. They all look the same to me.

Very predictable from Warner, smashes an ordinary attack in the pyjama game lite, and leaps into the air on hitting the century as if it's a rare feat.

Re: Current International One Day Cricket
Good workout that. We ironed out some of the wrinkles and I'm proud of the way the boys played. They always give us a fight and I don't think the scoreline reflects the quality of the opposition. You have to remember this is a game of two innings and we certainly weren't complacent at halftime. That said you've got to admire the way the boys adapted to a fence my sister's girlfriend's brother's son's goldfish could clear whilst floating on his back waiting for the cistern to refill. We were a bit worried about Finchy and Maxie but they always deliver when it's on the line. In fact we can't decide who to nickname "the postman" and which one " Santa". I really think they can take a step up in class and Davey's always thereabouts, normally outside off to the inswinger or outside off to the outswinger. Persistence and resilience in the face of mediocrity is a watchword and he showed today that despite being cruelly handicapped by not being able to use a bat wider and heavier than a Mack truck that he, and indeed the whole squad, are willing ready and able to match it with anyone.

Wouldn't say that , more tactical than the JAMITTS.

Will for him it's his first, so you could say it's rare.

I see the Grub has been dining out on the weak Lankan attack.
How poor are the Lankans? They can't even deal with Zampa and Agar. I thought they thrived against "spin".

Is 'mental health grounds' a euphemism for a positive test for recreational substances?

Wouldn't think CA try to hide something like that , the backlash if they got caught out would be a sponsorship nightmare.

The AFL seems to manage, and CA hid John the bookie for five years.

Ridiculous no result given that they went off for nearly an hour. Came back and bowled 2 overs before taking 20 mins on the change in innings and then falling 11 balls short of a match.
That said, at the game I was sitting a few seats away from Candice and the Warner kids. They were very well behaved but sadly for them they take after dad in looks
