I thought this might be a renaissance due to the captive audience. The porn sites must be close to meltdown.

And we did comfortably. Almost 1000 posts for March.
Come on people, it's not that hard. You are locked down anyway, so post some bullshit.
We only need 24 posts a day to pass the low water mark.
Compliments to Peter, qmy, horrie, MrK, Mr Dog and a few others for keeping the home fires burning through March in this time of no cricket.

Well I'll arc up the Barbie and leave you to it, but you have to give them some thought.

Phurt, when has that ever mattered?
I thought "thoughtlessness" was part of our credo.

Yeah but just posting a quick reply to snag the thread is just lazy. Perhaps I should have said meaningful

Re: Jesus, this place is dead...
So, I'm working on another 'historical' quiz.
Of how much interest, depends on you (the reader - readers?).
But I try to make it of more than dry old archive content.
There will be a few questions, so it will need a separate thread. Single shots I'd put on the Trivia thread.
Shouldn't take much longer. Collecting and collating and checking and cross-checking, and sorting and sifting, photo optimisation and review if it's worth posting (e.g. picture quality), and then the uploading (I wonder if my Photobucket still functions? - so many questions) and effective linking from here AND rechecking yet again: are what take up most of the time, .... and are the boring choring work, from the setter's point of view.
So hardly any wonder - with few people on here too - I don't take up this construction work all that often. And why I grit my teeth and whistle when hours of work, sometimes many hours of work in phases (see above) are shot down in two seconds. So: I have to be a bit artful - e.g. the two-phase process I mentioned last time, re: Gents v Players - to make Instant Google Search-&-Destroys less soul-destroying.
To give the submarines and dive bombers a bit of a task on the ol' battleship, so to speak.
So, all this as a warning shot of a sort of quiz to come.
For any interested.

Keep up the good work, Peter.
I was having some fun doing some Sporcle online quizzes earlier in the week.

Can't wait for better weather, I've pickled and chutnied everything in the house and am starting on mustards. Haven't had a still for years. Could probably get away with it in suburbia seeing plod is all busy arresting sunbakers.

I'll have a look. I never Google or Stats-search for answers anyway, so I suspect these questions are going to be way too hard!

Reports of demise are exaggerated.
C'mon man You have to stop reading and watching Bolt.
Meanwhile I hope every poster (past and present) and their nearest and dearest are travelling ok.

Without a couple of meaningless topbottoms from me or another big quiz from Peter, it seems likely that May will be funereal in here.

Fook a dook - barely 300 posts by half way in the month.
Coronavirus bites us hard.
Have to say I have been enjoying Foxy's Week of Warnie (6 half hour interviews plus replays of Warnie's favourite games).

Tree Fitty by just past half way in the month.
We need something new to discuss if we are to top the current nadir of 713 posts.

I reckon you should mount a case for why Koala Snr was the most selfless, team oriented and generous player to wear the baggy green.
