I am not going to imagine what you've been going though, so I will just say the best of courage, and I hope you emerge from that emotional churning and into more serene waters very soon. Unfortunately, we can't turn clocks back (except in a trivial sense), but cheerfulness of spirit "in spite of all that" and some sort of balanced serenity, centre of emotional gravity can all be hard to find at any time, especially at such trying times - I hope you find them before long.
