Pfft. The Flaming Bails Cricket Forum isn't the world, you know. There are other, less-loved, sections.

We cleared 150,000 ages ago.

180,000 or so if you take the original Bails into account.

That's like a batsman celebrating his 10000th career run and then not celebrating a century later in the same innings.

So any idea who posted the 150,000th post on The Flaming Bails Cricket Forum (not counting all the other irrelevant sections that JD seems to think we give a toss about )? Seems we have gawn past 152,000 in the last hour or so.

The forum called the "flaming bails cricket forum" has 149934 (plus this one) according to my computer. The virtual excitement as we await 150,000 is almost tangible.

Assuming this forum started on Aug 4th last year thats about one post every 3 minutes. (My contribution has been 1 every 1600 minutes).

And exactly how are you getting your stats?

The flaming bails home page gives the number of posts for each of the sub-forums.

Welcome to the Flaming Bails = 704
The Flaming Bails Cricket Forum = 149970
The IPL Forum = 1106
The "I was there" Forum = 196
Fantasy Cricket = 167
Fantasy Football = 36

Interestingly, this adds up to 23 less than the message at the bottom of the homepage says that it adds up to.

Anyway i'm off to bed. The 150,000 will come up in about 80 minutes based on the site average (my guess is that it will be somewhat less than that though).
