No int'l cricket will be played between 6-Sep and 9-Oct

They are having Irani trophy and Challengers during this period supposedly, and even declined playing a one day tournament with Pakistan.

Good although I am not sure about the value of the Challengers trophy with respect to test selections.

For tests we are playing Irani after which we'll have a camp at NCA. Challengers is an yearly tournament and is played whether we start the season with tests or One dayers.

But domestic cricket is there, isn't it? And so many things happening even in the cricket world. So why should the forum go quiet?

English season is winding down, and the Aussie season is yet to get underway, likewise SA I suppose.

As well as seemingly losing a few regulars - Ash & Makavelli very rarely post these days.
Even LLL seems to have got himself a girlfriend.

That was less than a month. So 6-Sep to 9-Oct is indeed the longest hiatus from int'l cricket for quite some time now.embee wrote:Earlier this year there was no International Cricket between April 20 and May 14
