Re: New Zealand v India, 2nd test, Napier, March 26-30
NZ have probably got their two best batsmen in, other than Vettori so If these two can't take them to 3 figures on this pitch they can count themselves as royally f*cked

Ross and Ryder are class.
Guptill needs to up his game because NZ need a decent start to matches.

Ryder definitely has talent. For a fattie.
Taylor is always going to have spells where he can't buy a run - it's the way he plays. I don't think i've ever seen him have a chanceless innings over 50

Ryder's good. Just don't think the lift goes to the top floor on a regular basis though.

Taylor and Ryder both have a lot of talent. New Zealand could have 2 batsmen averaging mid 40's in their middle order i these 2 fulfil their potential.

Great counterattack from Ryder and Taylor.
Ryder simply has a wood over us like so many other left handers.

Probably all of the above.
But isn't this so predictable about successive Indian teams?

Bhajji clearly showing why he is sh!t away from home, that fluke perfomance in last test notwithstanding.

Munaf is fully exhibiting his crapness stakes so probably that performance in the 1st test was one off.

Apparently Yuvraj was the fielder who dropped Taylor in slips when he was in single figures.
So about 140 runs too late.

If India wanted to play on bl00dy roads they would've visited Pak, SL, Aus, or WI, or played in the comforts of home, instead of going all the way to Snooooozeland.

Well they even take a risk at home nowadays. Neutral umpires and all.
