I think Sehwag did similar in Pak 04, though his duck was in the 2nd innings of the match.

Any chance of Sri Lanka forfeiting their first innings and the Windies their second innings to set up a day 5 run chase?

I doubt any captain has the balls to do that sort of thing these days after the "leather jacket" match at Centurion in 2000.
