And he's not the worst- Bowls around 83-84mph, and is pretty tall. Also being a left armer, he provides something different. There's a theory going around at the moment that left armers are harder to hit in T20s because of the awkward angle etc.....

Damn, that's a kneejerk and a half.
All I remember of Chris Liddle (apart from bowling decently t'other night) is getting spanked for 6 after 6 during Napiers 158* off 58 balls

Yeah, total sh!t muncher. Kneejerk to the point of a disintegrated kneecap. Hence why I liked Smerk's post so much.
Re: Chris Liddle- A bolter for the T20 squad?
Meh, he's a left armer who's bowling well at the moment in T20 cricket. Would at least give us an option of variety.

Good point Bas!
Re: Chris Liddle- A bolter for the T20 squad?
What percentage of england qualified players will henry have suggested for an england call-up by the end of the 2011 season? I'm going to err on the side of caution and say around 60%. But none of them will be good! Get your money on the other 40% is all i'm saying.

To be fair, this is only probably the 11th this season. So that's one third of the three international teams we've got going on...
Re: Chris Liddle- A bolter for the T20 squad?
It's a shame this won't happen as I've already picked out his nickname.
Piss Piddle.

And going by your track record, most probably the last as well.
OK, so that was a bit bandwagon jumping-ish.
