The pitch is making quick scoring extremely difficult, and geez, Chanders seems to have become even more boring to watch in the last few months than he was before. Still, he's a great player.

ROCKETING along in this session. 18 runs in less than two overs!

What are the odds on 10 LBs in one innings?

Worth delaying the start, that's for sure.

Chandlers rapidly closing in on becoming the 10th to 10k.

Aye, 102 runs away. Quality record, quality player. No-one seems to mention he's nearly 38... I'd say he's a player that prospers against the better bowling sides.
Re: West Indies v Australia, 2nd Test, Port of Spain, 15-19 April, 2012
Jesbo, Warner's getting some good grip here... and it's keeping incredibly low.
Re: West Indies v Australia, 2nd Test, Port of Spain, 15-19 April, 2012
Cracking partnership - 114 - must admit, I whinged about the pedestrian nature of it, but it was a necessity.
Re: West Indies v Australia, 2nd Test, Port of Spain, 15-19 April, 2012
Decent half-ton by Deonarine. Think they should stick with him for a while... they've got his bowling to put into the mix as well. Could do well in England, plays the off-spinner well and plays inside the line.

Highest 5th wicket stand by Windies against Oz at Queen's Park beating Richards & Logie's 100 in March 1984.

WI finally beginning to show some signs of a revival. Don't think they need Gayle in the mix.

I'd tend to agree with that. Just a shame Barath continues to underachieve.

Shiv is a thorn in our side. He loves batting against us. Anywho, well played on another ton v us.
So the wicket hasn't been the minefield expected today? Hussey getting a wicket? WTF?

Shit, Wade actually caught one clean. That's really bad luck for Deonarine.

So once again it's a Pom and a Saffie holding down the commentary. Bit sad after the bleats over the years about real cricket.

From Dickinfo: Watson is moving gingerly after that over.

Woofed Deonarine a treat. I'm learning well from JGK.
That was an awful drag out of the foot, if I am going to be honest. Gave Sharapova about half an hour to knock the bails off.

Makes a mockery of resting Harris. Looks like they could do with his hit-the-pitch-hard, skiddy bowling right now.
