We can allow the Zimmers the odd chucker, I mean they need a bit of help to be competitive...

Well, maybe the maximum angle of chuckery needs to be determined based on the relative ability of the team... Bangladesh can have 30 degrees and South Africa only 5, perhaps. Obviously changing round with ranking progression!
