They would probably bomb IRONBRIDGE early on as the bridge might allow vital supplies to be transported across the river.

No, Gary, as a strategic target, the IRONBRIDGE would NOT be the most desirable. It has mainly been used as a TOURIST attraction since the LATE 1960's.
