New Zealand v West Indies, 3rd Test, Hamilton, 19-23 December, 2013
After escaping by the skin of their teeth in T1, then copping a 3 day thrashing in T2, can the Ganjas conjure any magic?

Didn't realise there was a third one - good to see in this day and age anyway!
Snoozers to continue on their slow, cautious path towards world domination by "being slightly less crap than everyone else"...

Ganjas falling in a screaming heap again after batting first. Coupla close DRSs falling the Snoozies' way, which is what happens when you are on top.

It's being telecast on Neo here, now all it needs is Monica Bellucci to inevitably whip out her assets.JGK wrote:

Chanders has played 20 years of test cricket.

Yeah, for me it's not hands down Clarke in a Clarke v Chanderpaul debate. Some unbelievable achievements in Shiv's locker, considering the state of his teammates for the last 15 years.
Re: New Zealand v West Indies, 3rd Test, Hamilton, 19-23 December, 2013
Sorry who believes that Clarke is better than Chanders?
Seriously what aspect is Clarke better than Chanders in?
You could only claim scoring rate if Chanders was not capable of moving up a gear or two. He has displayed over 20 years that he can score as quickly as anyone when required. But because of his team's predicament he is forced to sit and block.
I stuggle to see how Clarke could be rated better than Chanders across their entire careers.

I am constantly pondering this and cannot come up with a definitive answer

But it's apples, oranges again.
Shiv being the apple, I think.

No one fears Chanders. You just let him crab to his unbeaten ton at 2.5rpo having already taken 3 top order wickets.
