SA thumping the SL President's team in the warm-up match with Amla scoring a ton and the bowlers slicing through their lineup.

Nice innings by Amla. Fell about 20 short after where they were with de Villiers and Amla playing

Amazingly fast transition from SL from one format, opposition and country to another!

Interestingly, it's Tahir and McLaren whose bowling seems to have been decisive. Though Morkel grabbed a couple of tasty wickets.
Phil and Steyn have had more assisting roles.

Two cracking catches, one by Anderson, one by Boult - the ones where they throw them back before they go over the boundary. Boult's was out of this world.

Hit the hay early last night, an the Lankans were cruisin at 1-90. Looks like it all went to poo after Dilligaf was removed.
Well done to the Hopey Dairybacks.

I was ruddy excited at those ruddy catches. Of course, Big Dog has told me I shouldn't have been. Silly me.

Sri Lanka strike back despite a Hash ton. Looks like Malinga (4-24) was the difference.
Well done to the Lankans.

Aye, a bit of a 2-man batting line-up - Hash and ABdV.

Reasonably rapid start for SA after winning the toss and batting. 0/101 after 18 with Amla going steadily along but de Kock really up for the task, 62 from 60 to this juncture.

So another ton for QdK and still no 50s. Reasonable conversion ratio.

I based that call on the current RR. They will have to get a move on to better it.
Re: Sri Lanka v South Africa, 3xODIs, 6-12 July, 2014
Last 5 overs they have been going at 9
