2-0 looks a lock for the Bannies.

Will the Ganjas get the bumrah's rush again?

Cornwall seems to be getting a decent amount of turn. Kohli not had it easy against him.

Just seen Mr Cornwall on TV for the first time, he’s certainly the size of Cornwall, and maybe Devon as well! Dwayne Leverock comes to the Test arena...

I've only just noticed that they are - literally - Hopeless
Replaced by Hamilton. Injured or just dropped?
Also, Daren/Darren Bravo (however he now prefers to spell it) is back in the side, since T1, after what must have been a very prolonged absence.

Wasn’t it Daren Ganga who spelt it with only one ‘r’? A while since Spliffy has been in the WI side, though Kraigg Brathwaite outdid him for stupid spellings of ordinary names.

I knew about the Ganga man.
Perhaps, like a pirate, Darren Bravo never lost his 'r'.

Pant's defence living up to his name. Think this has been a satisfactory innings, though. Some weird bounce, turn and movement.

Ishant Sharma batting at 9, with an average just below 8. Must be one of the weakest last threes of all time, though Jadeja batting at eight averages 33!

Well, a maiden 50 from Ishant makes a mockery of that average. Only took him 92 Tests, is that a record? First ton for Vihari alongside him. Three wickets for Cornish Pasty as India top 400.

Bumrah currently has 6/16. Windies are 7/87.
He is some bowler.

That he is.
I'm guessing Joffrey Archer is having no regrets about becoming a Pom Test player rather than having the option of becoming a Ganja version.

Well, the choice makes little difference to the fact he will often find himself batting before lunch on day 1.

Anyway, why do you not enforce the follow-on when you’ve only bowled 14 overs this morning and have a lead of 300 or so?

Because you're Virat Kohli and not a tactical genius.

I hate this modern aversion to enforcing it. If it’s 500 plays 300, fair enough. If you’ve just rolled them over for the square root of bugger all, bloody well get back out there and do it again.

Not enforcing the follow-on allows batsmen to regroup mentally. I'm fairly sure the windies were dreading being asked to bat again.

All done.
With Blackwood batting as a concussion sub for Bravo, who did not return, that's the first time 12 different players have batted in a single innings in Test cricket.

Windies need to find a way of getting 15 to bat.lardbucket wrote:All done.

Make that 20.
A shellacking by the Bannies over the Ganjas to retain their no. 1 ranking.
