I can't see what further measures the Feds can implement to stop the rot ... and take note - all the Presidential candidates have thus far avoided getting into deep debate about the future US economy and finances - or indeed WTF they're going to do about it.

Funny that, seeing as one of them is going to inherit the mess come January 2009!

Our central bank is at the moment trying to hose down our run away economy. A world recession is all good news for Australia.

I'm not worried about a recession, I think I'll actually be better off in one. Some of the overpaid corporates better worry about it might affect their lifestyles though.
