If they can keep this current team together for a few years, they could get back to being the fiesty competitors they were in the 90's, imo. There's definetly talent there, but unfortunately it seems like every few months there is another dispute between the players and the board that leads to a lot of the youngsters quitting the team.

Let's hope that this victory against Aus is the first step towards Zimbabwe's re emergence as a competetive cricket team. I wont hold my breath, though....

I hope England Draw or Beat Australia is all I can say.

Zimbabwe through Australia out.

I think I will get deja vu from some forummers when Ireland got through and Pakistan got knocked out during the WC2007.

Basically If Zimbabwe go through, then there will be a lot of threads on the structure of the tournament.

Was a good tournament, though the rain rules they had then sucked. So do those they have in this tournament, where a game between two hugely mismatched sides can be a draw by being rained out, but cannot be a tie between evenly matched sides.
