It's pretty irrelevant, as Ange said, he wont be fit enough to play more than 5 matches anyway.

As predicted his five year ban has been suspended by the appelate tribunal appointed for his case.
the suspension stands till June 3 .. so Shoiab can legally play in IPL as early as tomorrow.
