Chicken and avocado is not bad, but hard to beat a good silverside sambo.

I just love a hot betroot and cold mayonnaise sandwich on my home made wholemeal bread with nuts and seeds, armed with kitchen roll . . .

Pretty much the worst sandwich imaginable. What's the point of just veg in a sandwich?

No point really.

My fave used to be turkey and stuffing with mayonnaise and a pickled onion.

People are very rude about beetroot. It is, in fact, very effective compost.

BJ Sandwich?

Or more realistically: -

Cheese, Mayonnaise, Spring Onion, Tomato and Iceberg lettuce on a Baguette always hit the spot...

...the trouble is that spot includes the midriff.

Sausage and Egg or Sausage and Onion usually does the trick after a couple of sherberts the night before.

Good choices BBB.

Then there's cheddar and mango chutney on wholemeal.

2 thick rashers bacon (rubbery, not crisp and burnt) , one fried egg and a dollop of HP sauce
in a warm baguette and a mug of hot coffee ...

It's where I'm at right now!! Very Happy
