Rubbish players who frustrated your team?

Which players can you think of who you generally regarded as not very good but frustrated the hell out of you because they scored runs against your team?

Paks nemesis must be Ian Bell.

The one guy I remember was Trevor Franklin of NZ. He was utter garbage and still scored a ton against us...

Although a better player, still nowhere near the class of the figures he produced was Vinod Kambli - took a couple of doubles off of us I think.

Fleming. Always seemed to get runs against us.

Sourav Ganguly. Proper gash most of the time. Apart from most of the time against us.

Dinedge Karthik - never have I seen someone edge through the slips on such a consistant basis as him.

Dion Nash - Ripped us up a couple of time and whilst I maintain he was pretty good, at the times he did it to us he'd been pap for a while.

Any mediocre spinner vs. England explains it all.

Well apart from his problems against Warne, Cullinan was anything but rubbish.

And i know Lardy was tongue in cheek about Boycott.

Well then it is just poor judgement in regarding Cullinan as shite. And btw he is not one I regarded highly on a personal level.

Well then it is just poor judgement in regarding Cullinan as shite. And btw he is not one I regarded highly on a personal level.

But as he said, he's replying to the initial post. Which is fair do's. I don't regard Cullinan as shite, but do Ganguly. It's our opinions no doubt.

FFS guys Chanders is the undisputed best player in test cricket at the moment, how can he make a rubbish players who frustrated your team list?????

Anyway, my list:

Ashley Giles - Ordinary as you can get IMHO, but took bucketloads of wickets against us in 2004 due to our rubbish-ness, one or two good deliveries and a ridiculous amount of umpiring errors (3 against BCL of all people).

Tim Macintosh - Played and missed, hit pull and hook shots straight up in the air, and yet he still made a century and batted forever.

Rob Key - That 221 at Lords still makes me shiver. I hate watching that man bat, and we bowled a big pile of dross.
