I'm wondering who has shown the greatest mastery of both inswing and outswing. Could James Anderson be one of the best? He's able to bowl huge outswingers and inswingers with both the new ball and (using reverse swing) the old ball.

Who else, past and present?

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to find out that Jimmykins swings both ways.

No.

Hadlee and Maco swung it both ways. Botham did it. More recently, Caddick could do it, and Fred was reversing it both ways in 2005.

Marshall. He used to tell the batsman how he would get them out, didn't he? Isn't there a story where he told Gatting he was going to get him with the three card tick (outswinger, outswinger, inswinger) and he did?!

Jerome Taylor can swing or reverse swing it both ways. Unfortunately he has to play in the Caribbean where it doesn't swing for very long at all, but he has proven his ability to do it on several tours.
