Michael Jackson suffers cardiac arrest
....apparently. It was only a matter of time. I've been expecting to hear news of a serious lapse in health/death of Jackson for a while now.

Bloomin heck, just read it too:
Pop star Michael Jackson has been taken to a Los Angeles medical centre, US media say.
Local broadcaster KABC has said the 50-year-old singer was taken by ambulance to the UCLA Medical Center.
The Los Angeles Times has reported he was not breathing when fire department paramedics arrived at his home.
The paramedics performed CPR and took him to the medical centre, the newspaper says. Officials would not confirm if the CPR was successful.

No more dreadful than anyone else imo, but didn't say he had died.

Jackson's death would be a tragic end to a tragic life, but only the die hard Jacko fans will feel truly upset. The man basically stopped being human 15 years ago.

Death "confirmed" on TMZ.
http://www.tmz.com/
Shocking. Yet not shocking - he's looked in awful physical shape for a while now.

Pleased I saw him at Wembley in the 90s. If he has kicked the bucket, feel for fans with O2 tickets.

If he has copped it, would that be classed as an "Act of God" thus allowing insurance companies/event organisers off the hook as far as refunding ticket monies is concerned?

More like an act of an extremely unorthodox lifestyle.

CNN says he's in a coma, although they're always conservative and safe with their reporting.

Have to agree with Trev and Dello. While tragic, hardly surprising.
