i am sure...
The biggest positive from this match was kamran's keeping and batting...he sucked at BOTH which means there was a double negative and he will be dropped soon.

Nope. Can you imagine how our papers would react to England capitulating like that? It makes Adelaide 06 look like a brave fight.

Aye. While it's still a sport, you forget the 'sport' aspect when Test cricket is in full flow. If I were the PCB and a selector, I'd be considering a replacement for Akmal. I don't think I've ever seen a keeper drop the same batsman three times.
Usually keepers have a couple of howlers, but they do get it right eventually. Pakistan should hire Jonty Rhodes or something.

They might want to rethink that investment.

Re: Ouch!
PP I feel for you man. That really hurts.
What would get me if I was a Pakistan die-hard supporter is that it all seemed so inevitable from the body language at the start of play. I couldn't believe what I was seeing considering the lead was only 80 with 2 wickets left to take.
Being a Pakistan or West Indies supporter in the last few years has not been easy at all.

For that you have to blame India. Literally. If we hadn't allowed that guy to bat a 100 in a dire situation of 26/5 and win that decisive last test in Faisalabad in 2006, he would have been dropped much earlier. That one superstar innings against India cemented him this long in the team. We also allowed Misbah to flourish on dead pitches in the reciprocal home series in 2007 so he could be carried in the Pak team for long. That was a part of the Indian gameplan to stick Pakistan into playing the two to weaken the team further, of course .....
