Ian's favorite centuries- Best 11 yet!!
Really enjoying Ian Chappell talk about his favorite centuries....
I am a big fan of Ian Chappell's commentary, he seems like a very honest guy.

Looks like good series - he should change that t-shirt though. Makes him look like an inmate!

Chappelli (n) Ian Chappell, former astute and successful Australian captain, current commentator, and lifetime qunt. See also Crappelli.
chappelli (n) Standard FB unit of quntishness (also 'IMC units'). A score of 0.5 chappellis would be a very high score for an individual other than IMC.

They must have recorded it all at once!
Ian is a man with a very large and unique personality so it is perhaps unfair to compare him any one! Having said that in some ways i do think he is like Sunny bhai.

Get off Taips's case Lardy - here we are more than half way down the page on an Ian C thread and he still hasn't mentioned the 1970 series.

Speaking of the actual centuries it will be good to find highlights of Fredericks's innings, it sounds like a stunning innings

You do know that the innings wasn't played for OR against Pakistan, don't you?
Re: Ian's favorite centuries- Best 11 yet!!
The innings must be a great demonstration of the total crapulosity of anyone who bowls at less than 90mph then.

Seeing or even reading about past innings would certainly make it easier for you to compare them with that recent innings by Kohli

Last week Ian spoke about VVS Laxman's 281
He said it was the best batting against spin bowling that he has ever seen.
