Yeah, I'm with Pete - a will is a will, do what the f*ck you like - but as Taipan suggests, it could set a precedent for wankarsed, stupid-as-f*ck Sharia twatty law creeping into a well reasoned, tolerant and fair legal system. It would a step backwards for our entire society, because let's face it, we moved on from Medieval times in 1947.

Anyway in appears that you can't do the fark you like with a will in Britain. Apparently the rights of minors and other dependents are safeguarded by the Inheritance Act of 1975.

So if this Sharia shit is brought into play it will be be contradiction of existing British law.
