Re: Christmas shopping
workplace colleagues are tough to buy for.
thought I had it settled for 2 of the ladies in my team. we had a work KK this morning (the one where people pick presents in order and you can steal the present of anyone who picked before you). so after some post-KK present swapping, one of them ends up with the same thing I bought for them a couple of weeks ago (one of those hand cream packages from David Jones) and says she doesn't like it and gives it to one of the other ladies in my team (who I bought the same thing for). now I'm wracking my brain to come up with ideas for 2 new presents. ugh!

Ho Lee Fark. As skully may say. Some women can drive you mad, but that's going overboard. May as well have chucked the presents over the balcony and gone for a strippers and coke session.

Re: Christmas shopping
This follows another extreme story from China a couple of months ago, where a girl sat in a 24 hour KFC eating chicken for a WEEK after her boyfriend dumped her.
I've dated a couple of Chinese girls. They're nuts.

Tip to Trev. If they have nuts they are not chicks.

You could also read Trev's last sentence as being less than complimentary about his lovelife choices.
But then again, maybe they were nuts in a good way.

I'd ask for The Wire Bluray boxset. However I've noticed you like gadgets and humour so this site might be of interest for a browse:
www.firebox.com
Obviously the GOT Iron Throne and the Delorean are a bit out of the budget but there's cheaper stuff like the Blade Runner tumbler, Bluetooth padlock and all sorts of other weird bits and bobs.

Awesome mate - already got a present for my brother and one for my dad too and I haven't even finished looking. Cheers.
Re: Christmas shopping
What did you go for? I need some ideas. The c*nt mug always seems to be in the top 50 on there but it's not a nice word to look at ALL the time.
Trying to think of someone who would like that remote control droid off the new Star Wars so I can play with it.

My bro's a bit of a gadget freak and he likes skulls, so I've got him a skull usb hub, my old boy is always moaning about weak coffee, so I'm getting him some F*cking Strong Coffee. Yeah, there's loads of Star Wars bits and pieces - my famalam ain't into it tho, so I'm staying away!

You ripper, Laz - that's just the ticket.
I'm not saying everyone's getting light-saber chopsticks this year. But they might be...
Re: Christmas shopping
Yeah, usually those sort of sites are all 'yeah but really, really, really nehhhh'. This time though, he's got top trump. He's got the superhero pack, he's got the Incredible Hulk and he's going for Strength.
Re: Christmas shopping
Thought you'd be all over the pictures you shouldn't masterbate to book Dello.
I totes want lightsaber chopsticks. There's not usually this much Star Wars stuff but I guess coz it's out in a few weeks and is going to be the highest grossing film of all time, merchandisers are rinsing it.
I always see things I want for myself instead of other people though. Like the Miyazaki Totoro print. And the the whisky advent calendar! Also that 3D pen is the cheapest 3d printer type thing you're ever gonna find if you're into that stuff.
However, I do know someone who would love the N64 soap cartridges. Good times.
