Meanwhile things ain't rosy in t20-land :)
The major sponsor of the CLT20 has pulled out with 2 years left on the contract.
And in a [extreme sarcasm] real surprise some of the teams in the previous CLT tournaments weren't paid on time or in full, so the ECB is considering banning its teams from taking part this year.[/extreme sarcasm] Now I know the CLT20 is a 'partnership' between three nations, but the major shareholder is India, which holds 50% (Aus 30, SA 20 if you're wondering)

I saw a report with Aus and SA both at 25%. could be wrong though

Find me something definitive on the web, in fact find something speculative on the web. Detail about the workings of the CLT20 is very hard to find.taipan wrote:Zat wrote:The major sponsor of the CLT20 has pulled out with 2 years left on the contract.

50/30/20 sounds right, as there's 3 bannies, 2 aussies and one yarpie on the governing council.

Don't knock sand as a foundation. That swanky island hotel in one of the Arab countries, possibly Dubai, and the earthquake proof bridge in Turkey, or Greece, are both built on Sand foundations. Richard Hammond did docos on both of them.Basil wrote:A Castle built on sand
