Probably would have been 300 plays 350 if it wasn't for the DRS.

And Ponting might still have a career.
Maybe it explains SRT's recent good form.

Damn straight Gazza. Clarke is a weedy little cqnt who should have been punted from the side after the Ashes debacle. Only the fact that he was the 'heir apparent' saved him.... and being a Dubber. He has a ridiculously butch Tat which is laughable when you see him posing with it.
I think it only fitting that he will go down in history as captaining one of the greatest test defeats in our test history.

Hmmm.
This game is descending into farce. I would'nt be suprised if the ICC have an inquiry into the condition of the wicket.
Fark all wrong with the wicket.
.
Yes, i don't know why i would think that. Just because 23 wickets fell for just 294 runs.
Michael Clarke "Our shot selection was horrible"
Those kind of statements are rubberstamped on the back of the scorecard.
Re: South Africa v Australia, 1st Test, Cape Town, 9-13 November, 2011
Having now seen the Aus wickets, it did look a case of very poor application. Sure, the ball was still nibbling around, and Philander in particular bowled a very good line, but Ker-ryst, how many guys played across the line?? Test class batsmen should be able to handle a little bit of seam - it wasn't like it was jagging sideways.
I think the SAffies will p!ss this in knowing they just have to be patient.
Still, where there's life, there's hope.

21 is the lowest score for the fall of the 9th wicket

What? Where? Can't be more macho than the sponsor's logo borne by Sharks/French flyhalf Fred Michalak...

In the case of Michalak it is not so much the design (a star) of the tat that is macho as the courage required to have it done in its particular location. Perhaps Mme Michalak demands supernova performances on a regular basis.Big Dog wrote:mynah wrote:Big Dog wrote:He has a ridiculously butch Tat which is laughable when you see him posing with it.

Watson drops Amla, but that was Haddin's catch. First slip shouldn't have to go to his left.

Smith is perilously close to averaging 50 again in test cricket.

Johnson can't take a single wicket even here at Newlands?

Apparently not.
If he survives this test he must have some seriously compromising photos of James Sutherland locked away in some vault.
Hundred up. No idea where a wicket might come from from here given that Australia has also apparently forgotten how to catch.
