Bangladesh tour of Pakistan
Is a one ODI and one twenty20 according to the ICC.
From the twitter widget in the crockinfo site-
BCB and PCB advise ICC that Bangladesh has confirmed tour of Pakistan of one ODI and one T20I in Lahore #cricket.

Re: Bangladesh tour of Pakistan
They're actually going to Pakistan? Is that the first time anyone's toured since the shootings?
Or is it just whitey that hasn't been back?
Looks an exhausting itinerary. If you have M.E.

Re: Bangladesh tour of Pakistan
Not sure about whitey being back, but it is the first tour since the shooting. The PCB threatened severing off cricket/sporting ties with the Bangles if they rejected the invitation.

That's low. Especially if they end up being shot to death.
PCB are a bunch of morally corrupt qunts. Qurrunts.

Re: Bangladesh tour of Pakistan
Aye, I suppose they knew they could get Bangladesh by the balls, whereas other half-decent teams would tell them to f*ck off. It's pretty low to say the least. I suppose the tour is as short as Bangladesh could negotiate.
Re: Bangladesh tour of Pakistan
Qurrunts would have a natural affinity for balls, so that does make sense.

they wouldnt support the bangladeshi candidate for the next icc president. the next 'block' that gets the chance is pak-ban
i doubt that they can threaten the bangles much by 'cutting of all contacts'. the bcb is not really dependent on the pcb

Great favor from BD at the time of need.
I have mixed(nervous) feelings about cricket returning back to Pakistan. I am sure the BD players will also be very nervous considering what happened on 3/3/09.

Stuart Law has stepped down as Bangladesh coach.
Probably doesn't want to get shot to death in Pakistan.

I suspect he wants to see his family again.
As opposed to them seeing him in a pine box.

Mohsin Khan was a good coach but having Whatmore as the new coach must have helped bringing cricket back to Pakistan.

Talk about waving red rags in front of the bulls.
Of course the terrorists groups are going to try something. The question is- Will Pakistan's security be good/un-corruptable enough?

Just heard that the high court has issued a stay order on sending the Bangladeshi team to Pakistan and questioned the legality of the BCB's decision.

Re: Bangladesh tour of Pakistan
Thought it may have been due to the lack of protective gear, no bullet proof vests, no bunkers.

Re: Bangladesh tour of Pakistan
There is beach cricket (do they still play that?), bunkers shan't be an issue for them, water hazards on the other hand.
That said, Bangladesh could just borrow Samaraweera's chest guard. The whole team could fit in that.
