Zat wrote:Work? Who does that in the week before Christmas?
In an office environment, not many.
Mrs Zat works in a shop, and has been absolutely flat strap though. It's so bad she struggles to the fridge to get me my beers in the evening, and dinner was late Monday and Tuesday...
I am flat out this week. It's an outrage and frankly, unAustralian.

Get a 'proper job' then, where you can skive for, almost, two weeks in December

Re: Work productivity level this week:
Been working normal and till Christmas Eve. It is only me and my Manager in our Dept so i have to be very flexible. I think the work is getting to me a bit as yesterday I pulled the plug on our main server by error and suprisingly the IT manager was in a forgiving mood! He even said that he did that before and no one bats an eye lid. I should do it more often then!

The DYFJ is a medal awarded for Doing Your Flaming Job.
Just because some of us have seen the workload diminsih remarkably in th elead up to Christmas, some of us have to keep on working until the break.
So, if you still have to Do Your Flaming Job, mave a medal...

Re: Work productivity level this week:
I hasten to add that having to undertake an office move would - if I actually gave a shit - qualify for some sympathy, as that's usually going above and beyond the call of regular work. And having to undertake that task in the Festive season is a bit rude.
Unless, of course, your occupation is 'Office removalist'.
