Should M Asif be allowed to play international cricket again?
There is no doubt that Amir deserves another chance but i am not so sure about M Asif
He has made too many mistakes for mine and really shouldn't play for Pakistan again. After the 5 year ban he should only be allowed to play domestic cricket.

The drug cheating spot fixer? Yeah, why not.
Heck, let's resurrect the remnants of Jimmy Savile lock him in at a primary school.

Why should domestic cricketers be exposed to the drug abusing cheat?PlanetPakistan wrote: After the 5 year ban he should only be allowed to play domestic cricket.

He should be allowed to make a living after the 5 year ban and the jail time. Playing for Pakistan on the other hand is a different question.
Don't think he should play for Pakistan even if he is the best bowler but TBH with the kind of pace bowling talent that comes out of Pakistan i don't think a 30+ year old M Asif will be too important.

I disagree, PP. Obviously he is allowed to make a living, but I fail to see why he should be allowed to make a living out of cricket, a sport he well and truly b*ggered, and not just that one time he was actually convicted.
Just like pedophiles have a right to make a living, only not in any activity that has anything to do with children.

If the pakpassion transcript is accurate, love how he uses "it was a lot of money" as a rebuttal to a statement about his fixing.
And Darren Stevens seems to be in the shit, a bit, too.

Looks like it. He's 37, so any sort of ban will probably finish his career. No sympathy really, he knew the rules, ignorance is no excuse.tricycle wrote:If the pakpassion transcript is accurate, love how he uses "it was a lot of money" as a rebuttal to a statement about his fixing.
