Well, we did smash India 4-0 without him last summer. Granted, SAf are a different kettle of fish to the Bannies, who never tour well, particularly to Aus.

Yeah, it's very disappointing that he continues to be as fragile as Ben Cousins' resistance to drug-taking. The man oozes "World Class Potential" but has never quite delivered. I would love to see him as our world class all-rounder. His batting is more than capabale, and his bowling often looks our most dangerous weapon. But then he goes and gets injured again. [sigh]

Well Clarke did suggest that Watto is no automatic selection for Adelaide.

Watson's a useful player... reckon he'd get into most sides - SA probably being the only one he wouldn't.
