These days in Sunday league cricket i am a wicketkeeper, fast bowler and a #4 or 5 batsman. I am a) Trying to improve my pace(i am not fastest bowler in the team which is rubbish) b) Trying to score FAST(my SR is in the 70s) c) Stand up to the stumps while keeping against the medium pacers....

Can someone help me with that?

No, but perhaps you can probably make a bit of money on the side by bowling deliberate no balls and dropping catches ... and then apologise to your team mates later; they'll most likely let you off because of your youth and stupidity, and still want you to play with them. Or not.

...and you can ask your teammates to take the fork out of your arse.

I used to be a wicketkeeper and fast bowler as well. I gained 25% more PACE when I gave up the keeping. Not only is it hard to run in to bowl with those funny pads on, you'll also concede a lot less byes.

Maybe I should open a coaching clinic?
