A real intensity to this game now. Must be a cracker to take part in.
And Jimmy's done it again. Fantastic bowling.

How does Haddin play this one now?
I think he should continue with the calculated aggression against the seamers, but not to bat much differently, then he should go hard at Swann if/when he comes on to bowl.

Broad looking ineffective. I'd get Swanny back on. And sooner or later they're going to have to bowl Finn.

Broad bowling onto the end of Siddle's bat - two goodcrunching strokes. Not over yet by a long chalk.
Re: England v Australia, 1st Test, Trent Bridge, 10-14 July, 2013 (III)
Haddin and Siddle need to get stuck into Jimmy with some verbals, try and make him lose concentration.

And if if the old ball isn't doing anything Anderson will be 4 overs into a spell.
That's true taips - but on the other hand he should be fully warmed and loosened up, and be well into a rhythm to use a shiny new cherry to good effect.
Whilst Siddle & Patto are no bunnies, they really shouldn't carry Aus to victory the way he's bowling this morning.

Chef takes a cracker to put the last nail in the coffin. Another to Jimmeh. Can't see haddit and Patto adding 80.

Taylor's official prognosis?
"Australia's rank outsiders now, rank outsiders. Just need Haddin to keep in"

Here's an idea - how about we DON'T bowl Anderson into the ground. He's bowled 13 consecutive overs now.
Don't bring Steve Filth on though. I'd give Root a bowl first.

Finn concedes a boundary before he's even bowled.
