Kim Hughes comes down the wicket again and swings
A withering attack on Watto and our malfunctioning batsmen in general. Makes a lot of sense though.

Re: Kim Hughes comes down the wicket again and swings
Much as I used to take the p!ss out of Steve Smith, he has improved a lot in the last couple of years and definitely has something to work with.
Whether he'll ever be a Test #5 is another matter but he can do a job at #6, particularly if he can bowl a few overs of half-decent leg spin.
How come no-one mentions Cameron White? He's got a pretty decent record in county cricket hasn't he? He knows the conditions well and surely couldn't be any worse than some of the current batsmen. Good cricket brain too, could contribute as a senior player.

played 9 Shield games 510 runs @ 36.42 (1x 100, 3x 50). that's about 10th most runs for last season.Neil D wrote:How come no-one mentions Cameron White? I'd be willing to bet he'd score more runs in English conditions than Khawaja, Hughes, Watson, etc.

When Cameron White is out of form, he is REALLY out of form.

KJ Hughes can talk from experience about batsmen wasting talent and being prone to rash shotsPeterCS wrote:No comments on the views of Kim Hughes, after Red's assessment?
