Moo is destined to be the Nearly Man. Never quite good enough to go onto bigger things.

Deary me. Seems the Tozzies are slow starters.
Still, Fawad's form is encouraging. Could he be the X-factor in the Ashes? I was impressed with his form in the rubbish after the Ashes in Pomgolia.

Jayzus!! Just had a squiz at the Tozzie scorecard. MrK indicated it was a bad collapse, but at 4-166 off 38 they should've made close to 250. A 6-31 tumble. Fawad has 20 smote off his first over then took 4-17 off the next 7.

In another meaningless stat ...
Ahmed went for a third as many runs off his first over as Milf and X went off their entire 20

hehehehehe....wickets column!!!....plus the vic batting is you must admit pretty unthreatening....hilf should have done better, x's one wicket while a fantastic return for him is average for spinners

Ahmed is still bog ordinary. There must be a good reason why he was never picked for Pakistan & i suspect Australia will find out why if he is ever picked for a test.
Tassie are traditionally slow starters to the season & having this whole series in October was always going to be a struggle for us.

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2013/14

Wade was saying that Ahmed gets up for prayers at four every morning as is usually tired when they start the game.
